Our highly skilled in-house team of carpet fitters travel worldwide installing a huge array of flooring in the most amazing locations.

Each member of our installation team is expertly trained by one of our master fitters. They have all completed various installation training courses relating to specific products and properties to ensure your flooring is handled and fitted to the very highest of standards.

Uplift and Removal

In addition to the installation of new flooring, Linney Cooper also provide a range of services that help make our customer's lives easier when buying new rugs or carpets.

If required, before we install your exciting new floorcovering, our helpful team will uplift and remove the old flooring and accessories, such as grippers, underlay and carpet tacks. The subfloor is then thoroughly checked with a vacuum to ensure it's in great condition before the new flooring is fitted.

All old material is then returned to our warehouse before going on its new recycling journey to ensure as much old product as possible won’t end up in landfill, as we continue moving towards a zero landfill company.

Super Yachts

Linney Cooper can arrange the supply and fitting of carpets suitable for life at sea, ranging from wool, silk, faux silk and man-made fibres. Our underlays are available with different tog ratings together with fire retardant properties.

Our specifically trained carpet fitters are experienced with all installation methods, including the traditional gripperod process using adhesive to fix. Velcro or a pinning technique can also be used to allow the carpet to be uplifted and access under the floor, particularly useful on superyachts and aircrafts.

Stair rods to complete and complement the installation are available in different finishes; wood, brass, chrome and anodised. We have also installed yacht carpets with fitted lights for an optimum design feature to use on dark staircases. Edging door plates are offered in various finishes including oak stained with brass, chrome and anodised to match the furniture and interior.
